is not exception. Nowadays climbing is very interesting and developing
sport. It is a kind of extreme sport. But, in spite of the fact that
you receive an appreciable portion of adrenaline and a drive, you risk
nothing, but shoes, because at observance of safety code there is no
possibility to receive traumas. Going in for climbing give appreciable
improvement of the general physical form. There is a development of
such physical qualities as force, endurance, adroitness and flexible.
You will improve coordination of movements. Physical development concerns
almost all groups of muscles of your body.
In Europe and the USA climbing is already admitted as a kind of fitness
which has a large quantity of advantages. You can meet many new people,
to become acquainted and get friends. In general climbing is a collective
sport with constant communication, and exchange of experience. More often
climbing occurs in the company with friends, in atmosphere where, on the
one hand there is a competition and sports passion, and, on the other hand,
everyone will support you and ready to help you. The whole world is opened
for climbers, they climbing almost in all countries where there are rocks.
Climbing is rather young kind of sport, a competition is more low here,
than in classical kinds of sports and, therefore, the possibility of achievement
of success is above. Climbing gives a good opportunity to climb on natural
relief and communing with nature. Going in for climbing are necessary special
equipments, for example climbing shoes.
There are different styles of climbing. Free climbing, bouldering and solo.
Free climbing is a style of climbing where climbers use only features of
relief and possibilities of his body without any additional devices. Bouldering
is a style of free climbing with portable mats. It is not so dangerous
kind of climbing. Solo is the most dangerous style of climbing. There is
no partners and special safety equipment, only you and rock.
